I don’t know if that look on Rodney’s face is satisfaction at having something to eat, or disappointment at having to go back to eating Sand Dogs after gulping down an entire wedding cake in the last book.
Sadly ya can’t eat wedding cake every day! Gotta eat sand dogs sooner or later. 😉 Might as well enjoy it!
If nothing else, Rodney’s got grit.
Choice wordplay. But also.. it takes determination to enjoy a Sand Hot Dog.
Also: nice thumbprint.
Thanks!! Gonna be busting out some new toys for this black and white adventure—LIKE MY FINGER PRINTS!
This is going to be supper!
Or super. I am not sure.
… Let’s do both! *eats the page*
So what is there to prep for these three books? Besides the Kickstarter?
The prep work involved is pretty severe. I need to go back and spell check everything. Grammer check it all. (yes it was done as it was created, but stuff STILL slips through the cracks). Create all the bonus content (pinups, issue covers, backup strips, bonus content). And because (believe it or not) it’s going to be easier to get these books done in black and white than in color (because making a proper kickstarter takes SO MUCH WORK), I’m going to actually have an easier time grey scaling the pages rather than trying to prep a color book for kickstarter. So.. yeah.. I got a damn mountain to climb that’s for sure. It’s ok… without coloring I’ve got time to work on these things.
That’s some damn fine texture work, Raven. DAMN fine. And I’m an artist who appreciates damn fine texture work.
Joe that means a lot considering how gorgeous Zebra Girl is. Sadly I know my b&w work will likely never look as good as yours. I don’t know how you do it.
