ha ha ha. No. I HATE variant covers. These are actually the covers the book has needed since it’s creation. For whatever reason when I started the dojo I didn’t make covers up as I went along. But the book is paced as if there are chapter breaks (like issues). So when you read the collection you will come to the end of an issue, there’ll be a pinup, then you can continue reading on to the next issue (or take a break if you like!). In the end there will only be 1 book collecting 5 issues. So that’s 1 cover for the book and 5 pinups I need to do. There’s some little extra stuff but none of that’s as time consuming as the pinups.
