lol Dornail actually solved the crime! No help, he really CSIed it, no, better, he took a look around and got it. Dornail the detective?!

Between the two of them? Definitely the smarter. In fact Dornail the detective is fairly accurate as half the time Rodney and Dornail’s old adventures left them as a two man team with little if any back up. So someone had to provide the smarts and it ain’t Rodney! (Plus…it doesn’t hurt the killer’s frozen at the scene of the crime)
So, I know it’s one of those “don’t sweat the details” moments, but how does photosynthesis help him if he’s a treeman inside a moonbase? Where’s the soil? How’s he get his carbon dioxide if the people are all dead? Damn trees and their secrets.

Ah! It’s okay to question things though!! I don’t mind. In this case Dr. Klora never intended to be a tree man. He was intending to have mobility and process light through his skin for energy. The cats could kill and eat, but didn’t necessarily have to since they had cellular photosynthesis. But you know you are correct.. photosynthesis is kind of inaccurate a description. He would have been more like a solar battery than true photosynthesis. But the process is derived from plant life and is primarily based on using solar energy as a means to fuel bio functions necessary for life. so I’m lazily referring to it as photosynthesis. Also far fetched is the notion that a single injection could count as “gene therapy”. That’s okay though. We’re treating it less like “please ignore this” and more like “it’s high science..if not highly unlikely science” ha ha.
Rodney and Dornail may sometimes be assholes(99% of the time), but these are the moments when they truly shine, showing that they are really the heroes they claim to be.

Silly bastards that they are, they still get the job done!!
It all adds up now… But we didn’t check up on the Dojo for so long, I expect a mother of all clusterfucks to be dscovered there. Ladies and gentlemen, the showdown is approaching!
In my mind it was implied that Rodney assumed since he was a were wood, being on the moon would be like being on a full moon! That’s a huge leap, but maybe folks saw it that way too? Also .. Lycantreepy! haw! It works for me!
I had to read from the start of this story to understand what’s going on. I imagine it’s coming full circle, but there are several un-answered questions…I have my suspicions but I don’t want to spoil it for myself.

If in a few pages you still have questions I’ll be happy to answer ‘em.

98% of what I think a real bad ass should be like comes from OL JACK BURTON!
