Since I want to do this when im older, I just want to ask, where is all the soda in panel three, wouldnt there be tons of it? Im not saying that panel three wasnt done nicely.

Ral, You’re right. Given that this is the moment of the explosion there should be a blood mist AND a soda mist really. The thing is that I didn’t want to draw that exactly thinking I could express that better through coloring. But when I went to add it via color it kinda looked wonky. A better colorist probably coulda done it justice. In the end I just left it out since what I had looked better than what I was trying for. Plus somehow the blood mist (which did look pretty cool) kinda took the comedy out of it. This just seemed a little funnier to me.
